Monday WERQ Virtual Spring 2025

This is enrollment into the Virtual Online WERQ Class. We livestream on Mondays at 6pm
WERQ is a fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock and hip-hop music. The warm-up previews the dance steps in class, and the cool-down combines yoga-inspired static stretching and balance poses.

KOGA Yoga at Pinney Library - April 2025
Kids and caregivers yoga. Drop-in to this 50 min yoga session strategically timed before lunch and naptime. Each class includes a social emotional awareness and exploration, yoga asana, breathwork and a dance warm up or break. Led by Keena Atkinson, owner of R'oujieWellness. Materials/supplies provided. For children 5 & under and their caregiver, though all ages welcome.

FRIDAY Yoga with R'oujie Wellness

Rather than following the instructor exactly, you groove freely about the room easy dance moves that work the whole body for each 5-minute routine. R'oujie Wellness Book Club April 17

Welcome to our book club! In our January meetup, We are diving into the captivating world of "Braiding Sweetgrass" by Robin Wall Kimmerer. This book takes us on a journey through beautiful storytelling, mixing nature, science, and Native American wisdom.
At our gathering, we’ll chat about the book, share our thoughts, and explore the ideas, messages and realizations together. It's a chance to discuss the interesting things we've discovered, learn from each other's perspectives and be intentional about what we want to take with us and live by from the offering of the book.

Just Flow Yoga
The Progress Center for Black Women and Dragonfly Hot Yoga are partnering to provide this gender-inclusive space to folks who identify as Black, Indigenous, or other people of color.
Yoga will be led by the Center's Mindful Movement Ambassador Keena Atkinson.
Please note that the 1hr yoga session is hot yoga. It's suggested that you wear light and comfortable clothing, as well as bring a water bottle and towel. (Mats, towels, and water will also be available) Depending on his availability, Johnny Winston may provide a light dumbbell warm-up.
