Come to our final session in this series! We start at 5pm with ample time for arrival, and midwest goodbyes.

Immerse yourself in the harmonious practice of yoga as you explore various poses, breathing techniques and connection practices with your loved one. Our experienced instructor, Keena Atkinson, Founder of R'oujie Wellness will guide you through a unified partner practice that promotes physical, mental, and emotional alignment.
The theme is Elements of Harmony, Connection and Love - So we will approach each session through a different element: Earth, Water, Fire, Air - how each element might show up in you relationship with self and one another and contributes to the harmony, connection and love.
In addition to a curated R&B / Hip hop soundtrack, aromatherapy and and elemental theme for each class.

FAQ
Is there free parking?
Yes, parking is available in the lot and on the street. Entrance is in the back of the building where the parking lot is
Can I come late?
Sure, you can, but for the best experience, please try to arrive 15 min before class starts. Plan to arrive between 4:30 and 4:45
Can I come if I am not Black?
Yes! The classes are thoughtfully and intentionally designed to welcome Black and other marginalized people and groups. To us, when Black humans are welcomed, safe and considered, everyone is safe, welcomed and considered.
Can I bring my children?
No. This event is for you to have some deserved YOU time. If childcare is a barrier to you, please let Keena know and if it will help, we will work to offer onsite activity for children in in the future to make this sustainable and available to those who would come if child care was available.
Is the price per person or per pair?
The price is per pair, so it covers everything for you both
Are mats provided?
Yes, We will provide mats, and you are also welcome to bring your own. If you think you will bring your own, please select in registration so that we can plan how many to bring.
What if i have to leave early
That is fine. If you prefer to leave before our closing poses, please give Keena a heads up before class starts so she can give you a heads up when we are heading to the stillness portion of the class.
Can I get a refund if something comes up?
Yes, as long as you cancel 3 days in advance. No Exceptions. We NEED the advance notice, bc we are paying for supplies and support to provide a beautiful experience. Please know that we do a lot on the front end. Our team is small but mighty and what we lack in size, we cover in labor and love.
What if I've never done yoga before
This will be an excellent, stress free - first experience for you.
I'm not flexible at all
That is ok, flexibility is gained through practice and movement. Who better to help get you there than your loving partner! You will get to stretch, but you dictate the pace.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes, shorts, sweats, leggings, tank top, t shirt. Think comfortable. Don't go crazy with lotion or oil either, or you will be slipping like the cars slipped around the city streets all mid January.
What else should I bring?
Water bottle, towel and mat are optional. But you don't have to bring anything at all.
